Please treat this as a reference and recommendation letter for my testing and inspection contractor, Fire Security Electronics & Communications, Inc. (FSEC). As the Chief of Security here at a 55+ active community resort, part of my duties include keeping our resort in compliance with city & state fire codes and regulations. The FSEC Testing and Inspection department has played a big role in helping me achieve that every year since 2015. I know what a dependable contractor means and all the qualities that a contractor must possess all of which can be found in the operations of FSEC. FSEC as a company in whole are extremely professional when it comes to scheduling and conducting testing and inspections. There has not been a day when we had to complain about their professionalism. They value both time and money and complete T&I tasks within the stipulated deadline. I am extremely satisfied with the way they conduct their business and hope that you have the same pleasant experience with them.

I have had the pleasure of working with FSEC and Curt Thurman multiple times over the past five years. In all my dealings he has always been forthright and fair. FSEC has always supplied us with outstanding service. Their employees have been knowledgeable and efficient. Their billings have always been accurate, and their work excellent. It is without reservation that I can recommend FSEC to any who seek their services. 

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Fire Security Electronics & Communications, INC. (FSEC). We have utilized their test and inspection, service, repair, and technical support services for approximately two years now. We are very happy with the quality of work across the board that we have received. They have worked on our district’s Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Kitchen Hood Suppression systems and have provided various training and technical support as well. FSEC has followed through with its initial promise to provide superior customer service. Our district has appreciated the efficient and effective approach to all aspects of operations Fire Security has demonstrated and provided to our district. Fire Security Electronics & Communications installed cameras on our entire fleet of buses. This was our first camera system to be installed on our buses and I must say I am very pleased with both the product and project management FSEC provided.

Schedules were followed as promised and the onsite technicians were very professional. FSEC training was spot on and after purchase support has been fantastic.

I would also like to say that, as a long time Zonar customer and having experienced many installs, I was very impressed with FSEC’s install (time of completion and resources dedicated). I appreciated the fact that your vehicles are well marked and easily identifiable. Your team is in “uniform” or, at minimum, they have your logo on them, again, making them easily identifiable. I know these are expenses for any operation, employees often don’t want to wear them, but I appreciate your effort in this area. It is just good practice. All of your tech’s seemed proficient and handled all communications professionally. I was not looking forward to the hassle of an install. Yet, doing them over the break was fantastic. If this is how your crew works, I could see it working during a full operation time as well. All in all, a tremendous start up. Thank you to the FSEC crew, Robert and everyone that reunited me with and will introduce our district to the power of GPS and EVIR. 

We purchased GPS tracking for our school bus fleet (23 buses) in October of 2013. FSEC was contracted to do the install. We had a one week window to install over fall break.  Completing the task during that time would minimize the impact on our operation. 

FSEC was confident that they could meet the challenge. I am very happy to say that FSEC showed up as scheduled and with an adequate amount of technicians to successfully complete the task. The tech’s were in uniform, in logo’d vehicles and absolutely professional. 

We have experienced no issues caused by install. FSEC has continued to support us after the sale. Thank you for making our project a success.

 I want to take a moment to let you know that the group of workers who updated our clock/intercom system at our elementary school did an outstanding job. We are always told prior to a project that we will never know they are here. Well, in this case, that was true. This was a great group of workers. I would like to give a special recognition to the Foreman. Jack was professional and very respectful of all of our needs.
